As promised, you can return our product free of charge within 100 days and without the need to give any explanation or reason, although our product is “made to order”.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 100 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hölzel & Iserhagen GbR / +49 (0) 17641074010/ [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
